HAVEITENGRAVED .CO.UK WEB SITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS General 1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all transactions between yourself and haveit engraved.co.uk. haveitengraved.co.uk is a trading name of A & J. 1.2 Please read our Privacy Policy. 1.3 Prices shown on this site are inclusive of VAT and are valid in mainland 1.4 Delivery charges are as set in the checkout cart on the website. 1.5 Delivery charges are 0kg - 0.95kg £5.00 0.95kg – 4.75kg £6.45 4.75kg – 19.75kg £10.45 19.75kg and there after we will let you know our best possible price.
1.6 haveitengraved.co.uk reserves the right to revise offers, prices and details at any time without notice. 1.7 haveitengraved.co.uk reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion. 1.8 haveitengraved.co.uk customers who shop online must be 18 years or over. Contract 2. haveitengraved.co.uk cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full including delivery costs. The contract between us will not be legally binding until you have paid for the order in full and we have confirmed acceptance of your order by email to the email address entered by you on your order request. You should receive confirmation of acceptance of your order within twenty four hours of you placing your order (unless paying by cheque-see paragraph 2.3 below). At the time of delivery a valid signature is required from a member of your household who is eighteen years or over. You will then become the owner of the items you have ordered and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction. 2.2 The price you pay for the goods (not including delivery charges) is the price displayed on our website unless we discover a pricing error in the goods you have ordered. If we discover such an error we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of either confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat your order as cancelled. 2. The price you pay (including VAT) will set out in the email confirming your order. If you wish for logos to be added to your goods an additional charge will be made. If, on receipt of confirmation of your order, or at any time thereafter, you wish to vary that order, haveitengraved.co.uk reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to make an additional charge, or not to accept the revised order. In the latter circumstance any monies paid for the goods will be refunded. 2.3 haveitengraved.co.uk only accepts (MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, Solo, JCB cards). Payment may be made on the website or by telephoning (01842 813522). Alternatively payment may be made by cheque but the order will not be confirmed until we are in receipt of cleared funds.

Delivery 3.1 If we have goods in stock we will make every effort to deliver your products within 7 days of confirming your order. If goods are not in stock we expect to be able to deliver within 7 to 14 days and will email you with an estimated time. If delivery within 7-14 days is not possible we will notify you by email and, at your option we will rearrange delivery, or provide a substitute product of equivalent value, or you may cancel your order in which case we will refund you the purchase price. We cannot guarantee the delivery date and we will not accept responsibility if your order is delivered outside this time. Your right to cancel 4. Because the goods we are selling are personalised you may only cancel your order if the goods have not been engraved. If you wish to cancel you should email notice of cancellation to (gavin.haveitengraved.co.uk), quoting your order reference number. If we have not yet engraved the goods we will refund you the cost of the unwanted item and the delivery charge. Returns of faulty, incorrect or substitute items 5. If the item you return is faulty, incorrect or damaged on delivery to you or was supplied in substitution for the item you had originally ordered, we will refund you the cost of the item, the delivery charge and your reasonable costs in returning the item to us. Please follow the Returns Procedure and return the item to us within seven days of delivery. Refund 6. Any refund due to you will be made within seven days of cancellation by the same method of payment used to complete your original purchase. Our products 7.1 Products are subject to availability. 7.2 We reserve the right to improve, alter or modify designs without notice. All sizes are approximate. All descriptions are correct at time of writing. 7.3 We cannot guarantee the appearance and colour accuracy of products featured on this website which will vary depending on the resolution and screen type of your computer. Shapes of natural products are subject to variation and metal products may have minor impurities. 7.4 Accessories featured in product images are for display purposes only and are not included in the product price unless specifically referred to. Safety 8. For your own safety, please ensure you read and follow carefully all safety instructions and manuals provided with your order. Safety instructions, labelling and packaging are the responsibility of the proprietary brand owner. Except in the case of death or personal injury, haveitengraved.co.uk is not responsible for any inaccuracies contained therein or any damage resulting from the misuse of any such items. Notwithstanding this, we will deal with all customer complaints in good faith. Complaints 9. If you are unhappy about any part of your shopping experience with haveit engraved.co.uk please tell us so that we can put it right as soon as possible. Please email (info@haveitengraved.co.uk). We will acknowledge your complaint within five working days and all correspondence will be confidential. The site may not be altered in any way or republished without permission from A & J. 10.2 haveitengraved.co.uk reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions without notice. 10.3 A & J reserves the right to withdraw haveitengraved.co.uk without notice. 10.4 We cannot accept liability to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods which was not within our contemplation as a probable result of the breach at the time of entering into this agreement. 10.5 We will not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by any circumstance or cause beyond our reasonable control which will include but not be limited to acts of God, strikes or any other industrial action, war, civil commotion, acts of Government or any change in statute, order or regulation having the force of law that effects our operation or affairs. 10.6 haveitengraved.co.uk bears no responsibility for the content of any linked websites. 10.6 The law of 10.7 These terms and conditions are in addition to any statutory rights you may have as a consumer which remain unaffected and we do not exclude any liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
